Available for OSU-OKC employees and students. Also available to family members.
No reservation is required. First come, first served.
Those already vaccinated or those with medical deferment should send their vaccination record or deferment form to okc.eeo@okstate.edu to enter drawings.
All students who receive vaccine will be entered into a drawing for the following prizes:
- Grand Prize: $1,000 bursar scholarship
- Five $200 gift cards in the Barnes and Noble bookstore
- Four $500 bursar scholarships
- Two (2) reserved parking spots (each student will choose a spot that will be reserved for their use throughout the semester
For students with an exemption who want to enter the drawing, download, fill out and email this form to okc.eeo@okstate.edu.
In Partnership with OKC-County Health Department
- Pfizer is available for anyone 12 and up (for students/faculty with children or younger siblings). Consent forms available on VaxOKC.com for those needing to attend without a legal guardian (such as having a grandparent or older sibling bring them to the event).
- Moderna and Johnson & Johnson will be available only for adults over 18 years old.
