Counseling and Support

Being a college student is a great time for personal development and growth. However, this time can also be overwhelming. If you are experiencing any anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or have any other mental health need we are here for you. Feel free to contact us today to schedule a time to discuss how we can best support you, visits are free for OSU-OKC students.

While taking care of your own mental health is the priority, looking out for others is also important. If you notice anyone needing support please refer them to the resources available to them.

We can help with:

  • Working through anxiety, depression, stress, difficulty with family/friends, self-esteem, loss, and grief.
  • Referral to resources such as food, housing, mental health, and substance abuse.
  • Mental health support and education.
  • Peer support and training.
