Current OSU-OKC Students

Current students should schedule advising appointments through the student portal using their O-Key login credentials.

1. Log in with your OKEY Student Credentials
2. Select your degree or Major
3. Select your advisor
4. Choose an available appointment time and complete the scheduling form

Future, Returning, and Non-Degree Students

1. Select NEW STUDENT
2. Select your SCHOOL based on intended major or area of interest
3. Select your DEGREE TYPE – majors are also listed
4. Choose your desired date from the calendar
   1. Available appointment times for that day will appear
   2. Choose a time that is convenient for you
   3. Click Continue to Registration
5. Complete the appointment form
6. Use the comments section to share any questions or details that may help your advisor prepare for your appointment
7. Review your contact information before clicking Submit

• If you are a high school concurrent student (non-degree-seeking), you can meet the Concurrent Advisor.
• Know your major or degree program before scheduling.
• You can view your Degree Works through my.okstate.edu.
• After scheduling, you will receive:
  • A confirmation email
  • An appointment reminder
  • A follow-up survey after your appointment

Accessing Your OKSTATE Email

Students may access their university email through:

• Cowboy Mail (Microsoft 365) — available to students and employees
