Transfer and Articulation Agreements

Students have many degree and certificate options at OSU-OKC-some aimed at more immediate workforce readiness and some aimed at transfer. Students are encouraged to set an appointment with an academic advisor prior to enrollment for guidance on what program is the best fit for their goals.

Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degrees are designed to prepare students for immediate employment upon graduation although some coursework, such as general education courses, can be used to transfer into a bachelor's program, and in some instances program coursework from an A.A.S. degree can be used to transfer into a Bachelor of Technology degree for those students who wish to continue their studies.

Associate in Science degrees (A.S.) are designed to prepare students for transfer into a bachelor's program. OSU-OKC participates in the state Course Equivalency Project (CEP) to ensure that most general education courses will transfer seamlessly to other higher education institutions within the state. These course equivalencies are published on the Oklahoma State Regents website below:

In addition to the CEP, OSU-OKC has a long history of working with other colleges and universities to develop pathways for our students to continue their education. This page reflects the most current agreements we have on file. If you have questions about these agreements and would like more information, please contact us at pamela.stinson@okstate.edu.
