If you are a graduate that requires special accommodations, please contact the Director of Campus Events, Phung Yip, at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 5 business days ahead of the planned event so that arrangements can be made as necessary.
Sign Language interpreters will be located on the ceremony stage. Seating is available on a first come first serve basis. Interpreters will be shown picture-in-picture on the overhead screen during the graduation ceremony except for during the reading of the names. Interpreters will not be visible during the reading of the names; however, graduates will be shown on the screen.
1. Login to the my.okstate.edu portal
2. Select Self Service
3. Select the Student tab; then select Student Records
4. Select Apply to Graduate
5. Follow the instructions, completing all information requested and submit.
