State & National Board Exams
Upon completion of the Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City Veterinary Technology program, graduates are eligible to sit for the State and National board examinations. The three-year pass rate on the Veterinary Technician National Exam (VTNE) for OSU-OKC first-time candidates is 70.7%.
Graduates who successfully pass the State and National Board examinations become Registered Veterinary Technicians and are licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.
