Former Edmond Santa Fe High School basketball star and current Utah Jazz player, Ekpe Udoh, will visit the OSU-OKC campus on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019, to announce a new partnership between the school and his hydroponic farming company, LGR Farms. As part of the partnership, LGR Farms has delivered a 40-foot-long shipping container/hydroponic farm to campus. The container is set up inside the OSU-OKC Farmers Market pavilion. Through the partnership, students from across the region will have the opportunity to visit the OSU-OKC campus and learn about the container’s hydroponic farming systems and healthy eating, as well as water conservation, recycling and alternative energy.
