Oklahoma City - An OSU Degree in OKC.

OSU-OKC hosts law enforcement recruitment event

The OSU-OKC Police Science program is teaming up with local and national law enforcement agencies to recruit students to start their careers in law enforcement. Yukon, Bethany, Midwest City, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City Fire, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and Oregon State Police are all here in the Hub on the second floor of the Student Center until 2 p.m. today, Feb. 6, 2023, to meet students and talk more about what they can offer. Trooper Eric Foster from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol highlights the partnership between OHP and OSU-OKC to offer advanced standing college credit for OHP recruits who have successfully completed the OHP training academy. OHP recruits earn college credit toward an associate’s degree in Police Science and helps them meet the college credit requirement to be commissioned OHP Troopers.
