Oklahoma City - An OSU Degree in OKC.

Hadley Griffith named coordinator for Student Engagement

Hadley Griffith joined OSU-OKC in February 2022 as the coordinator for Student Engagement.

Griffith has a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University with a major in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a minor in Event Management.

“I have a passion for serving our youth, the next generation of leaders,” Griffith said. “Being blessed by many youth development programs, I understand the impact and importance of getting plugged in to a community and learning how to develop communication, professional, and general life skills. I believe that pouring our resources into this next generation will ensure a brighter future for us all and set up the next generation for success in their endeavors.”

Griffith is originally from Shawnee, Oklahoma where she grew up on a cattle ranch.

“The agriculture background has granted me a unique perspective on creating and serving a community and given me an appreciation for the dedication of agriculturists around the world,” Griffith said.  “Foundationally the agriculture background is what I credit with the development of my work ethic and the development of my leadership skills.”

Griffith is an avid reader and likes to spend her free time outside in the sun, with her nose in a novel.

Her family is very important to her, and provides her a special connection to OSU-OKC. Her mom, Twana, served at OSU-OKC in the same role held by Hadley today!

“I am so grateful to OSU-OKC for the warm welcome into the Higher Education Space and into my professional career,” Griffith said. “I look forward to connecting further with staff, faculty, and students within our community to learn how I can do my part in developing the next generation of Cowboys into the leaders of our tomorrow.”
