Career Fair set for Thursday, Sept. 12
Nearly 50 employers will be on hand at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City this week to meet with students.
The Fall Career Fair will take place on the second and third floors of the Student Center on campus from noon to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12.
D.J. Carter-Rodriguez, director of Career Services and Outreach at OSU-OKC, said this is the largest career fair in many years to be hosted on the OSU-OKC campus.
“This is an incredible opportunity for our students to connect with 49 distinguished employers from six different states who are eager to meet and recruit OSU-OKC talent,” Carter-Rodriguez said. “These employers are looking to fill part-time positions, full-time positions, internships, externships, graduate school opportunities, and offer scholarships.”
A wide array of industries will be represented, and many employers will be offering on-the-spot interviews for qualified students.
“This is a prime chance for students to make meaningful connections and potentially secure exciting opportunities for their future,” Carter-Rodriguez said.
