Paramedic Entrance Exam

The Paramedic Entrance Exam is an exam administered by the School of Paramedicine. The Paramedic Program utilizes a selective application process.  Students must apply and be accepted to OSU-OKC, before taking the Paramedic Entrance Exam.

The Paramedic Entrance Exam includes the following exams:

  • EMT-P Math assessment
  • Learning style assessment
  • Paramedic entry assessment (EMT entry level)
  • Professional characteristic assessment
  • Reading level assessment
  • Student motivation assessment
  • Test anxiety assessment

Appointment & payment required for testing

Proctoring fee:  $35 

Time allotted:  Not timed, but takes about 4 hours to complete

Testing Cycle:

  • January 1st – June 30th 
  • July 1st – December 31st 

Retakes:  Up to 3 times in a testing cycle with 2 weeks between each attempt
