Exam Registration & Payment

There are two ways to schedule an appointment and pay for exam.

• Option 1: Online Scheduling and Payment: 3-Step Process
  1. Register for the exam
     • The exam registration system is for online registration only, so registration screes will display an amount of $0.00 in your cart. Any required fees will be collected separately at the time of registration. (See step 2)
     • If there are no seats/times available for when you need to test, please contact the test center at 405-945-8648 or okc.testing@okstate.edu
  2. Pay online at “Exam Payment Portal” or with the link in the “Special Instructions” in your registration email. Your exam appointment is confirmed once payment is received.
  3. Must receive 2 emails to complete the exam registration
     • Appointment confirmation email
     • OSU-OKC Test Center payment confirmation email
• Option 2: Register for your appointment on campus
  1. Pay with cash, check or money order in Business Services.
     • For convenience an ATM is located on the second floor of the Student Center building, across from the bookstore.
     • Bring the receipts to the Test Center and schedule your exam.

Reminders for Scheduling

• Schedule your appointments as soon as you know you need to test. Some test appointments fill up faster than others.
• Appointments must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to testing. If you need to schedule an appointment in less than the 24 hours call the OSU-OKC Testing Center 405-945-8648.
• If you don’t see an appointment date/time available, pick another day and time or contact the test center: 405-945-8648 or okc.testing@okstate.edu
• All exams must be completed by10 minutes prior to the OSU-OKC Testing Center’s close of business time, regardless of test length or appointment start time.
• Testers are responsible for scheduling and canceling their own appointments. If you need assistance, please contact the Test Center, 405-945-8648 orokc.testing@okstate.edu
• Certain national exams can only be scheduled online through testing company websites, such as Pearson VUE testing,Kryterion, and ACT National Testing
• All testers must follow the OSU-OKC Testing Center Policies & Procedures
