OSU-OKC Testing Center Reschedule/cancellation/no-show policy:

All test payments are final, and no refunds will be given.

Registrants are allowed a 1-time rescheduling option. To request an exam to be rescheduled, please email the testing center at okc.testing@okstate.edu at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. In the even the OSU-OKC Testing Center must cancel an exam, the cancellation will not count as the 1-time rescheduling option. If you miss your scheduled test appointment, a new appointment and full test payment will need to be made. By registering and paying for an exam, it indicates agreement to the above conditions.
