Annual CWSLO Assessment Report
These reports share the outcomes of Campus Wide Student Learning Outcomes (CWSLO). OSU-OKC disconintued the use of program embedded CWSLOs as of Spring 2026. More information can be found General Education section of the Institutional Assessment webpage.
IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System)
IPEDS is a system of surveys that collects data from about 7,500 institutions that provide postsecondary education across the United States.
Institution Wide Reports
- Common Data Set
The information contained in the OSU-OKC Common Data Set is collected from several institutional offices. The enrollment data are based on the preliminary data stored after the last day to drop courses with no grade record which is traditionally the end of the second week of classes. The tuition information is provided by the Bursar Office, the financial aid data is provided by the Financial Aid Office and the faculty information is provided by Human Resources.

Please note that, to the extent possible, the data presented on presented in the institutional fact book represent snapshots taken at the same time of the academic year. In some instances, however, variations in reporting cycles have limited our ability to do so. For this reason, the reader who attempts to cross-reference certain data tables may find discrepancies which may not be due to inaccuracies in the data.

Reporting is under development
This report summarizes responses from OSU-OKC alumni one year after graduation, including their satisfaction with their academic experience, employment outcomes, and perspectives on how well their education prepared them for the workforce. - College Employee Satisfaction
This report provides a summary of the College Employee Satisfaction Survey responses provided by OSU-OKC full-time and part-time employees surveyed during the fall term every other year.

This report provides a summary of the Employer Survey responses provided by employers of OSU-OKC alumni.

2024-2025Due to the anonymous nature of the survey from 2020-2024, it was not possible to verify respondents’ graduation status or to identify and eliminate potential duplicate responses.
2025-2026Beginning in 2025–2026, the graduation survey collection process was improved to ensure data accuracy, and survey questions were updated to better reflect employment outcomes and institutional experiences. - Noel-Levitz Priorities Survey for Online Learners
The Noel-Levitz Priorities Survey for Online Learners measures student satisfaction and priorities showing how satisfied Online students are as well as what issues are important to them. The survey is conducted every other year during the spring term.

- Withdrawing Students
Reporting is under development
The purpose of the Withdrawing Students Survey is to gather insights into why students choose to fully withdraw from the institution. This information helps the institution better understand student needs and identify opportunities to improve support, enhance the student experience, and promote persistence toward completion.
