Design & Promotional Items

Creative Services supports the OSU-OKC community with branded design work, promotional items and official campus assets. Our team ensures that all materials follow approved university brand guidelines so every department, event and program reflects the OSU System with consistency and pride. All promotional items and brand usage must be approved through Creative Services or Marketing & Communications in order to maintain OSU brand standards.

• Graphics sized for lobby and hallway displays
• Templates for recurring department or student messages

Flyers – Departmental and student clubs

• Print and digital layouts for events and recruitment
• Designs sized for posting, handouts and online sharing

Marketing collateral

• Brochures, rack cards, postcards, and recruitment materials
• Messaging support to align with the OSU brand

Personalized stationery

• Official letterhead, note cards and envelopes
• Branded stationery sets for departments and leaders

Staff/departmental uniforms

• Help selecting approved garments and decoration styles
• Coordination with licensed vendors

Promotional Items

• Pens, Drinkware, Bags, Clothing items (t-shirts/polos), and any other OSU branded merchandise.

Authorization of approved and licensed vendors for promotional items

• Required purchasing through licensed vendors
• Artwork and trademark review for compliance

Authorization of approved OSU System colors and fonts

• Oversight of color and typography standards
• Ensures accurate representation of the OSU System brand
