Talent Management System
You can access your professional development through the LEARNING portal, SEARCH JOBS if you are managing or looking for open positions, or access the PERFORMANCE portal to manage performance reviews and feedback opportunities in your personalized Talent Management System (TMS). Log into my.okstate.edu using your O-KEY information. From the home page, you will go to the Employee tab.
A link to the TMS is near the bottom of the options. On the Learner Home page, you can view a summary of your completed training, search for available training, or view training that has been assigned to you.

TMS can keep track of all your job-related training or conferences in one convenient location.
How to Add External Training to TMS
You may be required to complete a few courses that are not listed in the TMS system. Currently, this includes:
- Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) - Information (Read before taking the tutorial)
- Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) - Tutorial
Once the training is completed that is not in the TMS, forward the certification to okc.humanresources@okstate.edu.

Forward the document that certifies you completed the training to okc.humanresources@okstate.edu.
Mandatory Training – For all employees

- Departmental training as assigned
Additional Training requirements
- Staff – Two professional development courses per evaluation year

Professional Development
Tuition & Fee Waivers
Eligible Employees may request a waiver of tuition and fees for credit courses taken with OSU-OKC. For more information, visit the Employee Resources page.
