Who we are

Student Government Association (SGA) is the representative body of all OSU-Oklahoma City students. Student Government sponsors and co-sponsors campus activities and events, recommends the spending of student activity fees and represents the students on campus committees.

 

 

General Requirements & Duties

• Attend weekly planning meetings and monthly general sessions
• Attend one service project each month
• Attend Fall & Spring Student Government Congress
• Assist in campus event coordination with Student Life & other student clubs
• Assist in management of student club requirements

Events

Brains and Bagels | Feb. 6 | all day
The Hub. Students can stop by our table and grab some bagels and school supplies. 

 

Paint and Mocktails | Feb. 13 | 4-6 pm
The Hub. Students will be able to relax for the Valentine's weekend with some mocktails and painting. 

 

Lunch Basket and Bingo | Feb. 27 | 11-2 pm 
The Hub. Students will play bingo to win baskets filled with prizes and bookstore prizes. 

 

Rage Room (not approved yet) | March 3 | various times
Parking garage. Students can get their rage in before midterms. 

 

Treats and Tie-dye | March 5 | 11-2 pm
Most likely outside. Students can take a relaxing break before midterms to tie-dye articles of clothing and have snacks. 

 

Drive-in movie night | April 11 | 8-9 pm 
Outside. Students can pull up in their vehicles to watch a movie. Popcorn will be provided. 

 

Spring picnic | April 24 | 12-2 pm
Outside. Students can unwind after class and come hang out outside with snacks, drinks, music, kites, etc.
