All classes are open to students, employees, and Wellness Center members!

Total Body Experience (Moderate to High Impact)

M/T/Th 12:05-12:40p

Designed to push the limits of metabolic conditioning. The workout consists of moderate to high intensity bodyweight strength and plyometric exercises with short cardiovascular intervals. This class is open to all levels of fitness.

No Sweat: Low Impact Workout

Monday 12:05-12:40p 

A no weight, weight lifting low intensity class designed to improve your health and muscle tone.

Wednesday 12:05-12:40p 

This Stretching and Breathing class is about slowing things down through the power of breathing and opening up the body through passive stretching.

Athletic Conditioning (Moderate to High Impact)

Tuesday 5:00-5:45p

Get moving with Squats, Lunges, Kettlebell Swings, Dumbbells and bodyweight movements in this all over body workout.  The format allows each individual to workout at their own pace.  Participants are encouraged to increase intensity as the workouts progress.  Want to know how much weight to use?  Challenge yourself:  When you use free weights, grab weight that is at least 10 percent of your body weight.  ( So if you're 120lbs, reach for 12lbs.)


Thursday 5:00-5:45p

Be a warrior, not a worrier.  Join us to reduce stress, regain focus, move, and stretch, strengthen and simply let go. We will focus on strength, balance and flexibility in this class.  All levels welcomed. We know YOGAna smile!
