If your student club or organization would like to hold an event please submit this form at least FOUR business days prior to your event date in order to go through the proper work flow approvals. You will receive a confirmation from the Office of Student Engagement once your event has been approved. The Office of Campus Events will notify you with any questions or concerns pertaining to your request. Your event is not approved until you and your club advisor receive an email.
