How to Request Disability Accommodations (Deaf Students)

  • If you are a New Student, the Director of Disability Services and Diversity will ask you to provide documentation of your hearing loss, such as an audiogram or letter from your audiologist.

 

Current or Returning Students who are Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing and need Sign Language Interpreters, Computer-Aided Realtime Transcription (CART), or to borrow an Assistive Listening Device (ALD), please fill out the Accommodation Request Form for Students who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing and return it to:
